USAGE RESTRICTIONS:
The cheat sheets and eBooks provided by The GRID are for personal use only. Purchasers are allowed to download copies for personal use. Sharing, redistributing, selling, or any form of reproduction of the material to third parties is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or creation of derivative works from the cheat sheets, eBooks, or paperback books, or any portion thereof is expressly prohibited.
SALE AND DISTRIBUTION TERMS:
Purchases of digital products, such as cheat sheets and eBooks, and physical products like paperback books through The GRID are processed via WooCommerce system. Upon successful purchase, an automated email will be sent to the buyer with a link to download the digital products or information regarding the shipment of paperback books. Due to the nature of digital goods, The GRID does not accept returns or offer refunds for any digital material purchased through this site.
For Paperback books, The GRID does not generally accept returns to ensure the integrity and quality of our products. However, we understand that exceptions may arise, such as receiving damaged or defective items. In such cases, customers are encouraged to contact our support team at support@unitethegrid.com. within 7 days of receipt to discuss potential resolutions, which may include replacement or refund for the affected item. Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining a fair and practical return policy.
